We create performance sports apparel with purpose. Every piece in our collection supports the Stroke Association, funding specialist care, recovery research and life‑saving awareness campaigns.

Our brand is built around the FAST message - Face, Arms, Speech, Time - a powerful reminder that recognising stroke symptoms quickly can save lives. Every design carries this message forward, turning your training, racing and everyday movement into advocacy.

This mission is led by Jo, whose running journey honours her mum and father‑in‑law, both lost to strokes. Jo has completed the London Marathon (raising £2,000) and the Chicago Marathon (raising £1,700), and continues her fundraising through the Berlin Marathon this year. Her long‑term ambition is to earn the Abbott World Marathon Majors Six Star Medal, completing Tokyo, Boston and New York in the years ahead. All raising money for the Stroke Association.
